Help with tuning therapy
Hello everyone! I have recently been diagnosed with moderate obstructive sleep apnea via an in lab study (AHI of 16, REM AHI of 25). I have been using my Airsense 11 for about a week and a half, I was initially using a pressure of 6-20 but have had it bumped to 9-20 by my remote sleep technician. I haven't noticed any discernible difference in my sleep quality nor energy levels since starting my therapy besides me waking up a few times a night where without the machine i wouldn't wake up at all.(i dont really remember what i do, only that i briefly wake up).
Im in my 20s, have a bmi of 21, and exercise somewhat. Heres the graphs from last night, last last night, and from a night where my pressure was at 6-20

I'm curious as to what questions, feedback you all have! Thank you in advance to anyone who replies!! Big Grin

RE: Help with tuning therapy
Welcome

Your median pressure is just under 10, so you would benefit from making 10 your beginning pressure.

As to feeling better most don't notice good changes for a while.  Your body takes time to adjust to the big change of things like having a foreign object attached to your face, blowing air up your nose.  Give it time.  After a while it will feel normal, and you will start feeling better. Honestly.  Smile

Again, welcome, and good luck with improving your health with good therapy!  Smile
