Help with understanding the cause of flow limits
I've been trying a few different masks recently as despite almost a year on CPAP, I still try to mouth-breathe and thus leak air. I usually use a P10, but I tried the F30i full face mask.
To my surprise, lots of flow limitations leading to RERA and Apneas. Anyone have any idea why? I was also wearing a cervical collar so I can't believe it would be due to chin tucking...
I switched back to my P10, taped my mouth and slept well until 6am when i woke up. I think the 2 CA at that time is SWJ and can be ignored...
