Help with waking up needed

Can anyone help me with last night? I ended up sleeping on my back and pressure jumped to 11 near the end.
My spo2 ring shows I was struggling to breathe more then usual, and makes me worry, but the resmed data AHI is 0.722 which would seem good??

Anyone familiar and have any advice?
