Here's a link to a good description of Flex on the Dreamstation. It's reduces up to 2cm. http://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-...ex-setting

Here is last nights sleep data with new pressure settings. I also tried a new FF mask, Airfit F20. I did not like it and you can see where I changed it for my Dreamwear Nasal Pillows. https://imgur.com/a/GVhlZ

I think you should really go out and buy a soft cervical collar. A lot of the Events would go away. You close to max on pressures and I think with a collar you may be able to drop those pressures.

Here is last nights data with a cervical collar on. I thought I would hate it but I actually didn't mind it very much. I got up once to visit the outhouse.

That's a bit better you still have some leaking and if you don't get decent numbers in a week, I would go 17/20, then I would see doctor about a 25 or 30cm bpap machine. You can set a lower exhale number to comfortably breathe out. I think it's going to take some more pressure to clear your airway.
It's not that bad, I'm running up to 25 and it's still better than extreme cases that have a tracheotomy

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure. https://aasm.org/resources/practiceparam...rating.pdf

Hello again!
Here is my sleep data from last night. This was with no cervical collar, and Dreamwear nasal pillows with some leak sealing gel on them. https://imgur.com/a/5y6Vc
