High Apnea for two hours

High Apnea for two hours
My Dreamstation 2 usually shows my AHI is between 2 and 4 every day.  This morning i woke up and it was 13.  I very rarely wake up with a headache and today I did.

I checked my results on here and it looks like something was going on from 4:15 am to 6:15 am.

During those hours my AHI was at 30!

Clear Airway AHI ws 8.38
OSA 2.2
Hypopnea 2.65

What could cause this?

GUESS!!!!!  We cant tell without OSCAR but my guess is positional apnea where your sleep position is cutting off your own airway....
