prismaTS version 5.13.0.13 is the version that we currently have. From what I have heard,
version 5.7 is available if you first install the version 5.13, then within that software, check for an update. Allow the update to run, but DO NOT close out the final page. If you go to your
%temp% directory, the zipped setup file should be in there for you.
You can either choose to install the new version (5.17) or copy that installation file to another device to get 5.17 installed.
I received this info privately from a member, and I have not confirmed whether this works okay or not. Please, if you try this and it works, come back here and let us all know for sure.

I must be missing something. After installing version 5.13, I searched for, but wasn't able to locate any "update" option. I'm wondering if this feature is a geographical option.

It could be, Red. I don't have a Windows PC to check it out, all I have is a Linux box. I'm just relaying info that was PM'd to me about how to upgrade. I can't speak to the accuracy of the instructions or how to "update" the software.

To upgrade from earlier versions of prismaTS, run the utility: prismaTSconfig
Location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Loewenstein Medical Technology\prismaTS\ ...or thereabouts
Allows you to do some basic housekeeping too.
