How long to feeling better?

How long to feeling better?
After a week or so of finding the right mask, I found one. I've had two straight nights with an ahi number of 6.5 on my luna 3g cpap machine. Down from 28 when I started. I still feel very fatigued during the day. Normal? How much longer? Just trying to set my expectations. Thank you.

RE: How long to feeling better?
Gopher, glad you’re starting the healing process. We all respond to treatment differently. Some people start noticing improvements in a few weeks, others may take months or longer.
I personally took about 4 months and things gradually improved, I never noticed a sudden improvement, it was more less a feeling of me saying, I must of slept pretty good last night , my cpap must be working. You probably suffered from apnea a long time before being diagnosed, so be patient on this recovery period. Stay the course.

Give it a few weeks as your therapy starts to kick in.   That’s great you are down to 6.5 AHI .  If you still feel fatigued during day you may have residual isssue , you may want to seek guidance from a doctor.  Great job in getting your AHI down that much !  I am sure you can even get it down to under 5 (recommended for OSA patients ) in no time at all.
