How many nights needed for OSCAR comments from members?

How many nights needed for OSCAR comments from members?
How many nights are needed for OSCAR data to be uploaded in order to get good comments and feedback form members?

I had warranty work done on my machine many months ago and I never inserted a memory card back into it.

I have never had any issues with my sleep until recently but need to get some data uploaded here for folks to review.

What is a good amount of time necessary in order to get good feed back after putting the card back into the machine?

Just a normal night is fine. See the charts needed in my signature.

If I understand, just ONE night is acceptable?

I will look at your chart recommendations.
I still need to download the new software (still have the old format program.)

Yes if it is a typical night

Aha, key word being typical.

I do not believe I have been having typical nights for a while (will explain in a separate thread.)

Thanks for clearing that up.

If you have up and down nights... one night high AHI, the next night a low AHI. Or nights that are just not consistent. One night high Clear Airways, the next night none.

You can post up to three charts per post. Please follow the link below on how to Organize your chart.

Put a shot up to show where you're at on treatment. Then we look at the next day or whatever, typically a standard view is good enough. Sometimes other aspects are asked for, zooms, etc.

I think we can do a lot with one-night of data, and as a thread progresses, we will see more information, and even how you respond to any recommended changes. You have been on the forum for a long time, and probably know most of our moves on therapy. We're more than happy to take a look and help out, but it's gong to be hard to beat the therapeutic effect of living at the top of Summit County. Just a way of saying your unique altitude also plays a part in what your results probably look like.
