Import into the wrong profile - Undo?
Well, as a long time computer user, I probably should have known better, but today I inadvertently thought I had selected my profile in Oscar before starting the import from my ResMed AirSense 10 SDCard, but noticed about half way through the import that I was still in my wife's profile.
Is there a way to undo the last import?
I might have an old backup of her data, but honestly it's been a couple of years since I bothered to look at our data or do an import, so at this point I really don't know if I have a backup or not.
That said, and "undo last import" button seems like a most welcome idea LOL
I searched this forum and found a thread talking about disabling the "load last profile" feature but that wouldn't help in a case like my onw, as I basically imported her data and then intended to import mine right after that...
Thoughts? What is the recommended procedure in a case like this?
RE: Import into the wrong profile - Undo?
Go to the day or each day with the incorrect data, select Data > Advanced > Purge Current Selected Day > CPAP.

Thank you for the reply. That sounds like quite a lot of work given that I haven't done an import for about 2 years...
I may end up just creating a new profile for her as the newer information is probably more immediately valuable than the older information. I could also make a new profile for myself to see what date range is imported in my own import...

For your information - An A10 series only stores 365 days of summary data, 30 days of both detailed data and high-resolution data on the SD card.

I'm not sure that's still the case. Last weekend I was helping a friend get started with Oscar. He has been using his one and only machine for around 8 years (now getting blower lifetime notices ....).
Much to our surprise his AirSense 10 had a blue resmed card in it for the entire period, he had never looked in that slot. Importing to Oscar took some time, but at the end Oscar had almost 2 years of detailed data. I don't know the size of that SD card, but the ResMed card that came with my machine in 2024 was a 4Gb card. It's less than 1/3 full and has detailed data back to my first day of therapy.
Summary data, I believe, is stored on the machine, with or without an SD card. When I put a card into my wife's A10 for the first time and then imported the first time into Oscar, Oscar showed the previous 365 days of summary / compliance data (AHI, Usage, Session Time, and Pressure settings) in addition to the one night of detailed data.
What is the difference between detailed data and high resolution data?

You will need to ask Resmed that. They are the ones that supplied the information I provided,
