In need of help interpreting OSCAR data

In need of help interpreting OSCAR data
Safe to say this is the lowest point of my life. Waking up feeling even semi refreshed has been a dice roll. My obstructive apneas have been 0 on average, yet I cannot stay asleep for more than 5 hours with the cpap. On the worst days, I wake up feeling as if I was holding my breath paired with severe brain fog. If there's anything anybody can do to assist me, I'd appreciate it greatly.  Sad

RE: In need of help interpreting OSCAR data
I don’t see much to improve but I would try increasing the EPR. You are at 1. I would increase to 2 and if everything seems ok move to 3 that could help you sleep longer.
