Interpretation Questions - My OSCAR Data
RE: Interpretation Questions - My OSCAR Data
Wow, a number of similarities here.

In the danger zone, yup...I was falling asleep while driving.  Came sooo close to hitting a parked car in my subdivision and going off the road on the highway.  Haven't done these in a couple of months.

Body pain, yup....legs were a huge problem.  I think starting to where compression stockings has helped tremendously.  Haven't had leg cramps in a bit, except for last night.

Becoming fully awake during the night is still an issue, but we are getting there!

Regards as always,

RE: Interpretation Questions - My OSCAR Data
I think this thread is coming to an end.

I'm still using the titration machine in ASVAuto mode and still getting zero events per night with an occasional single OA or Hypopnea

I thought I'd post this image showing how the ASV can switch pressure support from a value as low as 4 to a value as high as 15 in the space of just a few breaths and then back down again.

Perhaps interesting for people interested in breath-by-breath fine tuning.

The dotted lines were added by hand and are only approximate.

Howdy ApneaQuestions,

Thank you for letting me know about this post. I have reviewed your graphic with keen interest. The information is of course duly noted.

Do you sleep well now? As in how are you feeling when you wake up and throughout the day?

Best wishes that the trend continues. Don't be surprised nor concerned by outlier bad or very good nights. Stay the course if the majority of nights are going well, which it sounds like it is that now.
