Is a new AirTouch F20 supposed to be sealed?
I recently bought this full face mask from a local supplier and I'm wondering whether they sold me a used product as new - the clear plastic wrapper around the mask wasn't sealed and there was no tape on the outer box. Can anyone that bought one of these recently confirm whether it's supposed to be sealed?

Anything that comes from my local supplier, Lincare is always sealed. I've also purchased products from the supplier list at the top of the page and everything is sealed.
Bottom line, if you're purchasing and paying for a product that you deem as new, then it should be sealed. Call them and inquire about it.

Yes, the factory packaging should be sealed. If it wasn't, I would be having a talk with the supplier.
None of mine ever came in a box though.
