Is it me? Is it my machine?

I've been using cpap regularly for over five years, but recently have some problems. I have an airsense 10 with airfit p10 nasal pillows. I tolerate the p10 very well and normally have no trouble falling asleep. Lately I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen. I upped the pressure but that made no difference. I feel like the exhale ports are clogged.. but they aren't. I'm puzzled.

A lot can change in five years. Perhaps you need oxygen added to your hose. A friend who does not have apnea recently learned that she needs to sleep with oxygen but does not need it during the day.

Have your medications or health changed?

Please post some Oscar charts of a few full nights.
Then in a seperate post, zoomed in to events or other 3 minute windows that show interesting breaths.
