Is there something obviously wrong with my CPAP use? [pull off mask while asleep]
Attaching OSCAR data daily.
Last night is a good example of what has been happening for me in general since I got the CPAP. I fall asleep, and within 40mins to about 1.5 hours I take it off. I don’t remember taking it off.
When I wake up the first time in the AM, I put it back on and for some reason, almost always sleep with it on without issue.
There have been some nights (about 15% of the time) that I wear it through the night (6ish hours) and I feel great. There’s no obvious correlation to me (eg. bedtime, stress that day, etc.) in keeping it on or taking it off.
Is there something obvious in this data I am missing that might inform me about what to do?

Bump, as I had a series of image upload issues prior and may have missed some good answers.
Additionally, attaching another evening - this time I wore the mask the entire time I was asleep (just about 5 hours). I wonder if there is something tipping anyone off about what could be happening?

I don't see anything obvious that points to why you remove your mask, except that you may be experiencing some mask movement. The spikey area on the leak chart indicates movement. When a mask moves, it creates a large leak "sound", which could cause you to unknowingly remove the mask.
Check your mask fit or try a different size mask pillow.
You also might want to try EPR 3, as you have a 95% flow limitation reading of .22,
We like to see that below .10, preferably around <.05
The use of EPR should help bring that number down. FL also disrupts sleep.
Other than that, I think it's just a comfort issue with your mask that causes you to remove it.

Bump on this post in general, with an unusual update.
After you replied, my partner came home from a trip sick. I've been sleeping in a separate bed (an uncomfortable futon). For the past four nights, I haven't pulled my mask off a single time!?
In my usual bed without partner, I was still pulling it off. So now I am wondering if there must be something with my sleeping position contributing to this.

I see signs of mouth-leaking. It's not bad enough to affect your therapy, but it may be disturbing your sleep, and your natural reaction has been to remove the mask. You may be getting used to it now and that's why you haven't removed the mask in your sleep lately.
My suggestion would be to try a full face mask. There are other remedies for mouth-leaking, such as a chin strap (available from your equipment supplier) or a soft cervical collar.
