Just got my first sleep test results.
I did an at home sleep test last week from Lofta. The results concluded I have moderate sleep apnea with AHI of 17.5/hour and RDI of 31.1/hour. I will be talking with one of the sleep specialists from Lofta tomorrow and was just wondering if there is any advice on how to approach that. I’m not sure if there are specifics I should ask or insist about. I tried to attach the full results they sent me but it says the file type (pdf) isn’t allowed. Thank you in advance.
