Keep waking up short of breath
I have been using CPAP for over 20 years, most of those I've had no issues. Over the past few years, I have had some sleep\waking issues, off and on. These events seem to be happening more lately. I am usually too tired\out of it to capture the time, but last night I turned off the machine and got up to make sure I captured the time.
When this happens, I just feel a little light headed and am sometimes out of breath. This has happened with nasal masks, full masks and pillows. For the most part, it happens at lower pressure and higher pressure settings.
Can anyone tell me what might be going on here, last night between 4:15 and 4:45?

When was the last time you saw a pulmonologist?
RE: Keep waking up short of breath
That doesn't look like restful sleep, but I'm with Nighty-nite. Please describe your symptoms to your primary care physician, who may want to refer you to a pulmonologist or perhaps a cardiologist.

I saw him summer last year. When I mentioned this to him, he said didn't have any concerns with my numbers and "didn't think I should be having any issues like that". I will be looking for a new doctor for my next visit.

Good grief. While your waiting to start with a new doctor, I'd suggest you buy an O2 monitor if you can swing it, preferable one compatible with Oscar. (See Oximetry Wizard on the Welcome page.) Also make sure you're staying well hydrated.

I'm glad your doctor doesn't think you should have issues. That's fixed, have a great day.
Yep fire him.
Your leaks look a bit much at times, and you might benefit from EPR full time, starting at 1.
As others mention, otherwise get checked out by one of your more competent doctors.
Mask Primer
Positional Apnea
Attach OSCAR, etc.

I would just make an appointment with a pulmonologist on my on at this point. Take Charge!

As your median pressure is over 9, I suggest you change your start pressure to 9. That might help.
