Keep your stuff together

Keep your stuff together
Hi everybody.

This is a quick request for new (and old) members. When posting about your problems, and especially when responding to advice received, please keep everything in one thread. That way all your history and advice received is together in one easily accessible location.  If you keep starting new threads, your stuff will end up all over the place and people trying to give advice  have to search previous threads to be sure they  don’t give contraindicated advice.

An easy way to start asking questions about your therapy is to start a new thread, titled something like "BillyBob7's Therapy Thread" (if your username is BillyBob7).  Then keep all your therapy questions in that one thread.

...and a further request. Please don't "hijack" somebody else's thread. If you are responding to matters raised within a thread, that's fine. But if you want to introduce a new topic, then it's probably best to start your own thread.

If we can keep these simple guidelines in mind, it will allow members to give and get better, more targeted advice. And it reduces the moderators' workload as well!

Best wishes
Paul
