These flow limits drove your pressure up. You have few obstructive events.
Consider keeping EPR on 3, might make it easier to exhale.
Try upping your minimum to 7.4 cm for a few nights.
Bring your maximum back down to 9.0 cm for a few nights, also since your obstructive events are well maintained.
Minimizing pressure swings makes it easier to stay asleep as your body doesn't have to contend to pressure swings.
Keep in mind the event has already happened and the machine was too late to stop it. And then the machine will drop the pressure back to a "comfortable" level.
Eventually, you may do well at a minimum equal to your maximum and have a gentle sleep. Time will tell, that doesn't work for everyone, but you are very close to that.
Turn ramp on for 5 minutes at 7.0 cm for comfort, unless you feel airstarved. if you do feel airstarved, bump both your minimum to 8.0 and ramp to 8.0
