As I have been using Oscar lately I thought I would show you what happens when I close my mouth 

I have posted this before but how can I stop my mouth closing during the night?

The result was a 0.37 AHI. Why would keeping you mouth closed be a bad thing? We don't know, because your therapy history is in another thread.

The results as presented stand alone. The low AHI tells me you got good therapy.

Did you have the RAMP on? If yes, the whole thing is caused by the ramp, which you should turn off.

As I have a deviated septum and nasal polys having up to 20cm pressure , if I set it, blowing up my nose leaves me with a sorehead the next morning. You can see from the First Oscar how little air flow there is when my mouth shuts between 01.00 - 02.30
Other than using a Oracle how else can i prevent my oral airway shutting

The flow rate seems to indicate air was moving. You could include an OSCAR not zoomed for the full picture. It seems to me, if you can't have airflow though your nose, get a doctor to fix this. Some of this was discussed in another thread.
