Wulker,
Welcome to the forum,
Please start your own thread to avoid confusion.
Can you use an English version of Oscar for the postings, as many of us only use English?
When you do that please post a copy of your sleep report with your personal info redacted.
Your minimum pressure is too low for an adult, you need at least 7 cm of pressure.
Raising the minimum may also help stop some obstructive events on your hypopneas.
is your ramp on? Make sure to raise the ramp pressure to 7cm also.
Please hide the calendar, device settings will show.
Show these charts, press F12 for a screenshot or Fn F12 for a mac

Your minimum pressure is too low for an adult, change it to at least 7 cm, change your ramp pressure to 7 cm also.
You have positional apnea, you can see it the grouping of obstructive events. You are tucking your chin to your chest and cutting off your airway, no pressure increase can open your airway, you may need a soft cervical collar to prevent this.
Your flow limits are too high, we use EPR to treat this so set it to 3, you may find it easier to exhale, but you might feel air-starved. If so, raise you minimum to at least 8 cm, don't turn off EPR though. Might be good to just raise the minimum to 8cm for tonight.
You can make the chart heights smaller and show the other 3 charts, pressure, flow limits and leak rate.
We need to see all 5 charts, some users upload 2 charts until they figure out how to manage Oscar better.
Thanks for the language change
How did you feel during the day?

Thanks for the recommendations for my treatment, but unfortunately it got much worse as you can see in the pictures, I even slept with something soft around my neck but it didn't help at all. Can you see what happened and see if I can change any settings?
If you have your sleep report, just take a picture and post that. Redact your personal info.
If you don't have the sleep report, ask for it, you need a copy.
We need to know if you had CAs or Central Apneas during your sleep study, before proceeded.
If you had them, you may need a different machine.
I have little experience dealing with a large number of CAs, so I will defer to the helpful more experienced people here.
