Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that posted back. As of today, I was able to get an RX and placed an order for a decently priced refurbished unit for my mother. Thanks to the forum I was even able to get a copy of the clinician's manual, so I can hopefully educate myself a bit more on how the settings work and Tx in general.
