Low AHI, but waking up every 2 hours and waking up tired [2 years using Bipap]

Question
Low AHI, but waking up every 2 hours and waking up tired [2 years using Bipap]
Hello all,

I have been 2 years with Bipap Resmed. I still wake up sluggish, with brain fog and tired during the day. I got a blood test and all were good. My current problem is that I am waking up around every 2 hours. For example, if I go to sleep at 11.00 I wake up at around 1 or 2, then at 4, then at 5.30, then at 7.30.

I am attaching the plots of 3 nights. The one of the 7-Feb you can see regular OAs happening every after 1 or 2 hours.

Any advice/tip/perspective is very welcome!
