Miss Gay's Airsense 11 Therapy Thread.
I'm new to this site. My husband, Saltydawg2, recommended I join when he saw my Data. My AHI is always below 1, but he says my Flow Limits suck. (His words, not mine!) I'm sleepy during the day, and i don't have a lot of energy. Can someone please look at this, and suggest if there is any way to improve this? The leak rate is very unusual for me, and as you can see, that was fixed later on in the night. I guess I was just too tired to notice it.

![]() Your husband is right; your flow limits are high. I can't see your settings, but it would be best if you turned on EPR full-time, set at 3. Again, welcome, and good luck with achieving great therapy! ![]()

This is her husband. EPR is full-time at 3.
RE: Miss Gay's Airsense 11 Therapy Thread.
Last night's data. Still some leaks but maybe Flow Limits are better? I also gave more of the settings and graphs this time like requested.

It appears that EPR is turned off. Set it to 3 full time. This should bring the flow limitation down.

I was very hopeful someone could offer me answers to my questions. Is there nothing anyone can do fore me? I'm tired during the day, exhausted when I get home, and can't hardly help my husband to keep my house straight. He's going to get knee surgery in a month, and will be out of commission for 6-8 weeks.

RE: Miss Gay's Airsense 11 Therapy Thread.
Your chart on Feb 3rd shows a 95% flow limitation reading of 0.11 with no EPR.
Flow Limitation at that reading may be responsible for your tiredness. By setting the EPR at 3, this should help bring that number down. Post an updated chart so that we can see the results of using EPR 3.
