I've been using one (adult sized pacifier) for 1-1/2 years and it totally solved any air leakage from my mouth. For me it's perfect.

Adult size pacifier. I thought that I had pretty much seen and/or heard it all.

I usually tape my mouth with 3m nexcare sensitive. It works good unless I drool.
