My AHI numbers Have Skyrocketed, Why?

Positional apnea. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...onal_Apnea The clustered pattern of apnea accompanied by obvious and you will see it if you read the wiki above. Maybe you changed sleep position, pillows, or you are chin-tucking for some other reason, but that's the problem, and if you can't resolve it by other means, a soft cervical collar is a lock for a solution.
