I suggest you switch your settings to the STANDARD response.
Also, try to sleep on your side.

You have reached a pressure range where further increase does not seem to benefit you. Overpressurization has some side effects. Therefore, focus on your feelings instead of the figures. Your flow limit is still high, but this is what you can achieve with this instrument.
