I am not on any meds or have health issues that affect my breathing. Is there something you are seeing that indicates something is amiss?
I will try the different settings to see if it helps.
Sometimes I feel the pressure is going to blow the mask off my face. Such a relatively small opening in the nasal area of the mask compared to wide open in the mouth. I’m not normally a mouth breather unless I’m having allergies.
Those were just general questions to ensure that relevant issue don't fall through the cracks.
Don't tightened the full mask too tight, just tighten it a bit and let the machine fill it out and it will get snug.
When people get leaks, they tend to overtighten their mask which will make it leak worse.
Usually gently pulling it away from your face and recentering it will stop leaks.
I did notice that your machine wasn't set up per the sleep study. That was odd,
Good luck.

RE: My results
I am going to switch the mask to something else. I had another night of fussing with the mask most of the night. The reduction in pressure made the mask feel like it never aired up well enough to get a good seal even with sufficiently tightened straps. The nasal area at times felt like I was sucking in the plastic, and despite the reduction in pressure, I still had occasional mask farts.
This is not sustainable. It will be either a nasal cushion or a fuller face mask, one that goes over my nose. Luckily the equipment company will let me try two different masks at one time.
Consider using the nasal pillows, and use lanolin. I use a SomnoSeal a soft, flexible mouthpiece that prevents mouth breathing and dry mouth during sleep. It fits just behind the lips.

RE: My results
Question…when a person is having an apnea event, not breathing, does the mask build up too much pressure and cause a mask seal release? I’m curious if this is what is happening because my mask doesn’t start mask farts until 2-3am.
Usually when you have an event like that, you probably moved, turned your head, rolled over, something to relieve the flow limitations that occured around that time. This may have caused the mask leak.
The flow limitations are treated aggressively by ResMed with increased pressure to nip in the bud OAs and Hypopneas. You you may have Gasped and then your Co2 might fall and your brain says to hold your breath to normalize the CO2 level.
Or the CAs might be "artifacts" incorrectly scored by the machine as you struggled with flow limitations. But the struggle makes you move and the mask leaks.
I got off the track with the CA info as I just read a great reply on the subject.
Your chart is not quite right. Below Leak Rate we also need to see Flow Limits. Press the F12 key to copy the chart (FN+F12 for Mac). This usually works. Make sure we can read to the bottom of Flow Limits. We need to see those five items on your first page.
