I have set it up. It blows very different than the APEX I am turning into my travel machine. Never slept with humidifier before either.

You find these in areas where bariatric surgery is popular. Patients are required to get them before surgery, but many never open the box and just sell it about a year after the surgery (or directly after) if it wasn't an insurance rental. Locally, the surgeons actually require that the patient BRINGS IN THEIR MACHINE and they check the usage hours. Untreated apnea can be allowed for but it increases the risk of death from anesthesia, but these dopes don't get it. Anyway, that is how I got my machine.
