I have gotten these
popping, knocking, gurgling sounds. I was told it was condensation/rainout by
the Respiratory Therapist at the supplier.
It makes sense except when
it happens right when I turn it on, and it's so loud that I can't even use it.
This has happened about 5-6 times. The other times, maybe about the same amount
has happened during the night.
I was told to lower
humidity (have dry mouth and mostly use mouth tape (Dream Recovery that's been
great); raise temperature. I have done all of this, along with a fleece-lined
cover for the tubing.
This all makes sense, and I
have done this.
My question is, why would
this still be happening:
**Intermittently/occasionally
(with the same settings and the same room temperature - nothing changing, and
**Why does the noise happen
when first turning on, BEFORE there can be any water buildup?
Has anyone experienced
anything similar and come up with any ideas or solutions?
Thank you, and best of luck
