Found CBT-I, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Sleep Apnea.
Gold Standard for Insomnia.
Napping is a no-no.
You Lose sleep drive, etc. etc.

Same with me, I’ve been working with a sleep psychologist (CBT-I) for many years now, I update a sleep entry in a spreadsheet every morning.

Apparently sleep apnea and insomnia have a high correlation for reasons that are unclear.

I usually only nap when I’m sick these days, and have pretty rigid sleep hygiene.
