Nasal dialators helpful?
I have good results with airfit F40 hybrid mask yet I have nasal congestion issues making nasal breathing challenging. I did undergo turbinate reduction surgery with moderate success .
Anyone use nasal dialators inside nose to help open nasal valve to help with breathing ?
I would like to submit query here before spending money and find it doesn’t work .

I found this exremly helpfull for both nasal blokade and paltal prolapse. If you do not have the prolapse you can by the shorter "sport" version.

I have used breathe right strips (or equivalent). They worked ok (even under my full face mask).
I liked the softer silicone "thimble-shaped" nasal dilators (hollow skeleton shaped were softest instead of solid ones) best because they seemed the most comfortable and sustainable (under my full face mask as well).
There are many different brands and shapes and sizes, etc. Reading the reviews of each product helped me narrow my search more.
