This has been discussed in the past the best I can do for now is to recommend CPAPfriend, YouTube videos.
Now I must describe the difficulties in providing video content, OSCAR is in a constant state of change, this is good in that the science of sleep therapy, and equipment utilized to treat OSA is constantly changing and improving. In order for OSCAR to stay current that "Mad Hatter" corps of individuals who volunteer their coding skills to update the programing, work around the time zones pounding away on keyboards, many have characters of which I do not recognize. My hat is off to these guys. I used to print out a copy of the OSCAR WIKI to tutor my Minions, I had to make a lot of red line corrections to keep it current with the new releases. Video would be a major undertaking to keep current.
