Need advice CPAP Settings
Need help with settings.
Diagnosed early October 24, home test, with an AHI 25.5 RDI 32.6 mix of CA’s and Hypopneas.  I average 8+ hrs use each day since.  Study recommended CPAP pressure 7cm to start.  I set AS11 Auto to 7-14 with very mixed results without what I would call decent sleep with many awakenings and little to no Rem sleep and Deep sleep per my Apple watch since.
I will point out I have arthritis both shoulders hindering side sleeping, prostate op and kidney problems mid 24 demanding 2-3 up times per night.  Reward for living this long.  I have finally been able to bring my AHI down under 5 average but many times double digits..  My biggest problem seems to be frequent awakening every hour or two.  The settings on my own have been inconsistent and all over the map.  Reverting to settings where I had low AHI previously proved fruitless. Hoping someone can look, see if something is causing waking and suggest improvement.
Using Phillips Dreamwear Nasel.
