Need help adjusting CPAP settings for better sleep

Need help adjusting CPAP settings for better sleep
I have been using CPAP for a little over a year and I've not slept well since. However, I have finally found a system that has given me 3 leak free nights (though not consecutively), but I feel worse on those nights somehow. I really don't want to get fired for how much my CPAP has destroyed my mental and physical health, so I'm really hoping someone can help me dial this in.

My current sleep setup is the Resmed F40 with Kinesiology tape (cut a little horizontally), sleeping on the very edge of my pillow, and cuddling a stuffed dog under my chin to prevent chin tucking. This is the only way I can get my leaks to zero. Chin straps don't work for me and cervical collars hurt my neck. I can't use a nasal pillow with mouth tape because my mouth still opens. I also keep my room very cold (not that I have a ton of control over that in with my apartments poor vent system), like 63-64 degrees. I wake up several times every night. Sometimes I'm cold, but if I cover with a blanket I get hot (I think this is from hot flashes/increased body temp I started having after a couple of months on CPAP, which is not a hormonal issue or medication issue, I checked).

I also have a motorized bed and can raise my head, though lately that may be making things worse and is certainly hurting my back. It's slightly raised now.

The actual CPAP itself doesn't bother me, I took to it fine, though I have it tightened a bit much right now trying to prevent leaks.

My machine is set to a constant pressure of 10, the humidity is set to 2, and temperature is 79. I have smart start, ramp, and EPR off. If there's any other helpful information I can provide, I'm happy to.

I'll attach Oscar data for a few nights. Last night (2/7), no leaks but I feel worse. A few nights ago (2/4), where I had a small amount of leaks but slept better. And one from the first night I tried mouth tape when I had 3 nights of really good sleep that I haven't been able to replicate for some reason.

RE: Need help adjusting CPAP settings for better sleep
Your problem seems to be your flow limits. Flow limits are apnea just like O and H events but they don't last long enough to be classified as O or H (10 seconds or longer)  Flow limits cause sleep interruption, not getting into deep sleep.  I have the classification in my signature.

We help FL using EPR.  If you want a fixed pressure as you are using all you need to do is turn on EPR to full time setting to 3.

If you want Autoset you need to move the setting to Autoset and use these settings.

Min 7
max 10
EPR full time
EPR 3

Thank you for the advice and for explaining flow limits to me. I'll give this a try!

What if I feel worse with the EPR? It did make my flow limits a lot better, but my ability to do anything the next day has been almost zero.
