Soft Cervical collar http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...cal_Collar

I'll consider myself lucky if I can improve it. I actually read about that earlier and was wondering about it but wasn't necessarily seeing the flow patterns described in that article in my own results. I'm still trying to get a handle on understanding the data.

I'll be giving that cervical collar a try. Thanks for the input.

Your positional issues are relatively mild, and might clear up through awareness and avoiding pillows and postures that avoid chin-tuck. It's there, and has improved a bit with higher minimum pressure. The give-away is where apnea doubles, triples or more in a short period of time, for example, 8/27 at 04:00 to 04:30 and 05:30 to 05:50. Or 08/29 from 04:20 to 04:40. There are others, but those are blatant.
