Need help finding bipap pressures

Hi everyone, first time posting here. I've been on cpap for a few months but never found relief from my symptoms. I also never had a titration study so I tried a wide range of pressures. I recently bought a bilevel machine because I think I have UARS. It's a bit more comfortable but I'm not sure how I should go about finding the appropriate pressures. I only tried the bipap for two nights.

First night:
Epap 5 and Ipap 9

Second night:
Epap 6 and Ipap 11

I woke up feeling like I was starving for air so I definitely need more pressure but I also have quite a few CA, a bit more then on cpap.

Thank you. The sleep study reported an AHI of 43 on my back and 21 when I sleep on my side. The mean saturation was 95% and the lowest was 79%. I also have periodic leg movement (28/h). That's all I got from the sleep study .
