Need help solving apopnea issues

RE: Need help solving apopnea issues
yup, aerophagia.  common cpap side effect.
But, if you've been using your current cpap settings for a while and this is the first time you've experienced that it may just be a one off, not a trend.  Maybe wait and see if it happens more often?

I had to adjust my pressure down because of terrible aerophagia pain but that is a compromise in treatment and more common in new cpap users. Often the body gets used to the pressure and it can be raised later without the aerophagia returning.
