Need help w pressure, tired in morning, resmed 11
I seem tired and achy in the AM and i do not know if its due to pressure settings being off? I have used 13 max and 14 max in the past and 7 and 9 min, with epr full 2.0

Do you think i should adjust or bump any settings up or down?

This was last nights reading and then past 3 months

See attached:
(2 files) 1 is 8162023 data, and other 3 month overview

Thank you!

Chris

You have 2 problems. Mask leak and large flow limits.

I would raise the minimum to 8

EPR to 3
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing

I actually raised the min to 9 and the upper to 14.5 as i was hitting the peak at 13 nightly.. feels better now.

The EPR has been moved to 3.0 now.

Do you think those changes were ok?
