Need help with TIME AT PRESSURE chart

Need help with TIME AT PRESSURE chart
Two screen shots included.

Help please with interpreting how the TIME AT PRESSUE and PRESSURE charts relate to each other.

- My quick question is, why don't we see my pressure graph flat lining at 13 cm? The TIME AT PRESSURE chart certainly makes me think the machine would hit pressures above 13 if my max. was set higher.
Also, what do the knowledgeable folk here think about these pressure settings?
-----------
My auto pressure was set to 9-15 cm for a couple of months, and that was providing good results.  But we are always looking for improvement opportunities so now I am trying a method I saw online to further fine tune my pressure range, with the goal of reducing up and down pressure variations through the night.

In following that advice I set the minimum pressure to my 30 day average pressure, and set the max. to my 30 day 95% pressure. So, my new test pressures are Min=11 cm and Max=13 cm.

The new test pressures definitely smoothed out my pressure swings, and my AHI and flow limitations are still consistent with pre test numbers.

There is however an obvious change in the appearance of the TIME AT PRESSURE chart, with it showing an abrupt cutoff at the high end pressure of 13 cm.  This leads me to believe the machine would have provided pressure above 13 at various periods of the night, if my Max was set higher than 13 cm.

Thanks for any and all advice.
