Nerwbie -- what CPAP/software combo?

I have been diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea.

My doctor has ordered a CPAP machine but appears to know nothing about apps or OSCAR. The provider says it will be a Luna II or G3.

The Luna software has terrible ratings on Play. The machines appear to be average.

I have PC's running Windows 10 and Windows 11.

(1) Is OSCAR the best software for me?

(2) Can it read and process the Luna SD card?

(3) If not, what CPAP machine should I tell my doctor to order?

Welcome to Apnea Board,

OSCAR will be perfect, however I would ask your doctor to order a ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet, or the newer ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet. The 10 series will probably be a bit cheaper and it has been reported by some that the 11 series is louder and has a smaller humidifier tub.
