DSX500S11F should be an auto CPAP, and will be similar to a ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet or 11 series.

10 might be a bit cheaper than 11, they're not interchangable but for CPAP mask. I like 10 series myself. And after 4 year therapy hiatus, getting ResMed 10 VAuto in 2 days.

Thanks, I’m on Medicare so hoping either would be covered. Actually investigating using the same dreamwear nasal mask I’m using now (but new). Looks like the units would accept the same tubing.

I'm on Medicare Advantage due to disability. Either 10 or 11 series ResMed will be fine for insurance purposes
