New Member, New to CPAP Therapy
Hello!
I just started therapy about two weeks ago and would like some insight into my OSCAR charts. The good news I suppose is that i finally feel like I can breathe at night and my wife is sleeping better since I stopped snoring. My sleep study AHI was 25.5, so I'm definitely seeing a reduction there as well. The bad is that I feel like I'm sleeping less overall which I kind of expected at the beginning, however I'm sure my machine could use some adjusting.
My settings were initially 4-13 cm H2O and I felt like I couldn't really breathe at the beginning. After some browsing of the forums here I realized I should bump that up and ended up on my current setting of 8-13 cm H2O.
I'm obviously still new so I have no idea what I'm looking at yet on these charts, but it seems I usually have a pressure increase before wake up? Are my settings even close to where i should be?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
