New Resmed Airsense 10 user help w/settings SH report
Hi everyone, great forum. I’ve been using my Resmed Airsense 10 with auto settings min 4 maximum 20. My AHI is 4-5 per night. But I’m waking up tired and not feeling refreshed. Could everyone please help me with my settings? I’ve downloaded my sleepyhead report. Thank you in advance! Mark

RE: New Resmed Airsense 10 user help w/settings sleepyhead report
Welcome. It would be helpful to see one or two daily charts organized as described in the link below. I suspect turning on EPR would reduce your hypopneas and RERAs. Also, since your average pressure is around 9 you will probably do better with a higher minimum pressure.  Most are not comfortable with a minimum pressure of 4. Post some daily charts and we will be more able to advise you.

If it was my chart, Min pressure 10. Max pressure 16, epr2 and review
Start pressure 6 with ramp and raise this 1cm, till you are up to your treatment pressure. Then turn the ramp off.
mask fit http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...ask_Primer
For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

Thank you! I did 8 minimum and 16 max last night. Best sleep so far with AHI of 3.  I plan to change it to your suggestions. I will report back tomorrow.
