New User Oscar Reports
I have been using my Airsense 10 with p30i nose pillows for a little over 2 weeks. I felt amazing the morning/day after the first 2 nights. Then I got a little complacent and sloppy with my setup. I have been much better about sleeping on my back the last 3 nights, found mouth tape that works, etc. However I have woken up much more tired these past 3 days. I am also very sleepy by 7 or 8 pm each day.

Any help or guidance with these charts would be appreciated.

Welcome

I see a couple of things that should help.  Raise your starting pressure to 7.4.  Your median pressure is 7.36, so 7.4 should be comfortable for you.

Also, turn EPR on full time, set at 3. This will make your breathing more comfortable and lower your flow limits, which we like to get as low as possible.

Again, welcome, and good luck with your new therapy!   Smile

Thank you! When I had EPR on, it seemed like I was getting more events (I think Central Apneas). Should that be a concern here? I attached my history if that helps. Thanks again!
