I just checked Walmart's website and couldn't find the Eliminator sleep cushion either (it was previously selling on Walmart).
Another similar kind of collar like the Eliminator is Dr. Dakota. But I have been searching for this for a few years and have not even found one on ebay.

I did find the "eliminator cushion" on ebay from a seller called "Glide Gear" . For some reason I couldn't yesterday. This seller has two prices. I have sent them a text asking if one is a taller model.

RE: New start - AHI is high
Some developments:
I've ordered an Eliminator sleep collar via ebay, but that won't be here for a week or two, so I decided to persist with my existing Collar.
I tightened it as much as practical and slept with it for two nights.
Unfortunately the results were woeful, with AHI as high as 39.37 in one session.
Also very high CSR most nights.
So I'm convinced that the collar is actually making the situation worse.
Some reading suggested that what the Resmed reports as CSR is actually "Cyclic breathing", which can be triggered by a low threshold in CO2.
So I wondered if my use of EPR setting of 3 was causing a tendency to "over breathing".
Plus I had noticed that "fluttering" feeling when the Resmed tests for open passages, by rapidly modulating the air pressure.
So I'm guessing that the Resmed is thinking that I'm holding my breath more than I should.
And lastly, I had encountered the occasional explosive mask leakage, presumably when the pressure has reached a maximum.
So my next experiment was to reduce EPR from 3 to 2, and to reduce max pressure from 20 to 15.
The good news is that the next two nights were very comfortable and gave reasonably low AHI figures
see attached
The first section is sleeping on my left size (12.0 AHI),
and the later session is sleeping on my right side (4.72 AHI)
In both, the CSR is now zero.
So it seems that I have reached my first goal of finding settings which gives a steady, and reasonably low AHI result.
Next step is to gradually modify my present settings (will try EPR of 1 next).
