New to APAP with low AHI
#11
RE: New to APAP with low AHI
Just wanted to update this thread if anyone else stumbles upon it in the future... I've found my ideal settings - pressure range 8.6-11, with EPR 2.

Inched up my pressure to a level that consistently addresses OAs, while using EPR to increase comfort and reduce hypopneas. CA events have reduced with time. This has kept my AHI <1 for about a week. And I'm feeling a lot better now Smile

Thanks Sleep-well
