New to ASV, still waking up.

New to ASV, still waking up.
I started on ASV after failing cpap. Still awaiting a second sleep study, in lab this time. Takes way too long to get help for this in America, it’s really insane…

I’m using an ASV provided by a mod from a sleep apnea sub Reddit. I’m aware of the risks without an echo test. I however failed cpap and am so miserable and exhausted to the point I had to try this , I just cannot go on any longer. My life and health is being completely destroyed by this fatigue, exhaustion, mood swings and I just don’t know how much longer I can go on like this…

Anyway here is a share link to my sleep hq if anyone minds taking a look at my flow rate and breathing etc. my AHI is consistently under 1 since I started about 10 days ago. Before it was 5-7 per hour   , all centrals,  on cpap.

I’m still waking up multiple times a night like before, though it seems the nocturia might be slightly better . I read it can be caused by the increased pressure when it detects a lack of drive to breathe, and that you do get used to it…?

Any help would be so appreciated…

Please download Oscar and use it, the people here are use to the look and feel of it.
I could not sleep with those large pressure swings, maybe you are sensitive to that also?
Hopefully the experts here can give you tips on settings to get better sleep.
Are you on any medications that might effect your sleep or breathing?
Do you have any underlying conditions that might be detrimental to you sleep?
Good luck

Please post your charts in Oscar. I won't go to SleepHQ. You have posted Oscar charts in the past.

Yup I’m stable on long term methadone, which really lets me know it’s very likely CSA . I don’t have access to the Oscar software right now. I only can use sleephq at the moment. Is no one capable of reading it? They’re very similar , no?

Well, I don’t have access to that right now.  I upload to Oscar when I go to a family member’s house with it. You “wont” go to it , so you won’t even look at the link? Lol, k thanks , appreciate it . Instead of helping out a greatly suffering fellow SDB person, you pompously refuse to look at the data provided because it’s not the one you like. lol. Nicely representing your community here though , bud.  Thanks

SleepHQ shows the data differently than OSCAR charts. OSCAR is what I'm familiar with, and it's 100% free, as the developers have offered it as such.

My understanding is the SleepHQ has borrowed the OSCAR code, and sets it up as a paid item for detailed info, or some similar setup.

Again, OSCAR is 100% free, and so is assistance here on Apnea Board. Donations are welcomed, as that is what keeps Apnea Board open for assistance.

I have used an ASV myself, and know it's very capable of treating CA and all the rest of the Apnea if set correctly. It is data driven, and in this case it means OSCAR charts. Sorry if you don't like that, but you're here asking for assistance. However, the way you're asking isn't very conducive to get that help.

The image on HQ did not include settings. AHI was very low, but the information does not help identify a source of arousal. From what I can tell, you have EPAP min 5.4, EPAP max 7.4, PS 4.0-9.0. It looks like you could use EPAP min 6.0. Your PS is the minimum difference between minimum and maximum available, but it is stopping all the centrals and most other events. Without a closer view of arousal, it's hard to say why you're sleep is disrupted. Since your therapy is optimized for AHI, comfort is a matter of trial and error. I think you might want to use fixed EPAP pressure to see if that helps.
