New to Bi-Level
[attachment=72207][attachment=72207]About a month ago my pulmonologist switched me from my APAP machine so I could get more oxygen saturation.  I had a sleep study and it recommended BPAP.  Dr set me at IPAP of 18 cmH2O and EPAP of 16. This high pressure leaked like crazy with my new F40 mask.  So we lowered pressure eventually down to 15/12 but I still get troublesome leaks.  I've ordered a new F20 AirTouch to try.  Too note I was sailing along nicely with my old APAP machine and 0 leaks withe F40 mask.
I like sleeping on my back as I have less leakage but I also toss and turn often.
Any suggestions to try to help me?
