New to CPAP/Advice?
Hi all,
I am a sleep apnea newbie. A sleep baby.
Little background: I'm 26, been snoring all my life. Have been told for the last handful of years that it's sounded bad, the worst that anyone has ever heard. I've checked all the boxes for sleep apnea symptoms. My partner finally convinced me to do something about it but because of issues with insurance, I've had to do everything privately. (Because of other issues, I do not have a GP at this point in time either.) I did a sleep study via SleepQuest/Wesper, who did not actually provide a prescription(?) but did show some data, like how I was having 60-75 events an hour. I ended up throwing my hands in the air and buying a Resmed Airsense 10 from Craigslist, plugging in an SD card to use with Oscar only to find that there isn't detailed data. Boo. I'm trying my best out here.
Moving forward, how can I get the best out of what I have? Keep adjusting my pressure until I feel good? I'm very much open to any and all advice.
Thanks y'all.
