New to CPAP therapy questions

RE: New to CPAP therapy questions
I appreciate that insight. I will keep that in mind moving forward. I will try the settings for another few nights and see how it goes. Thank you to you both for continued input.

RE: New to CPAP therapy questions
Hello again.

Circling back to this one. It's been a little while now and I have gathered some more data. I am including the chart from last night as it seems about average for now. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I have increased the EPR setting to 3 and for the most part it seems to have helped. Flow limitation has improved and while this chart shows some centrals, this has proven inconsistent as expected and most nights there might be a couple, might be none.

I was seeing some signs of positional apnea so tried a collar but unfortunately it was too small and added pressure to my neck while sleeping. Flow limitation went up quite a bit and the AHI score worsened each night and positional apnea got much worse. I have ordered a larger size which should arrive in the coming days. Eager to try that out.

Any other suggestions in the mean time. I am open to input.

Thanks.
